TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Please check for the correct date and location of the event BEFORE purchasing the tickets. Tickets are not interchangeable.
- All children 5yrs and above need a ticket to enter the event.
- All tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE – All Sales are FINAL.
- Please present the proof of purchase (email confirmation from PayPal) at the ticket window to receive wristbands for entry.
- ALL wristbands will be given at the time of pick-up. There will be no will-call window to hold partial tickets.
- If the event attendee is different from the purchaser a copy of an email stating the transfer must be produced along with the PayPal confirmation.
- If unable to attend or transfer, your purchase will be considered as donations towards the school of your choice.
- Young Children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times.
- NO SHOES allowed in the Gymnasium during the event.
- NO FOOD OR DRINKS allowed in the Gymnasium during the event.
- Please wear the given wrist band at all times and to gain re-entry inside the Gymnasium.
- You do not need to inform San Ramon Valley Friends of any tickets that are transferred.
