Our Mission
San Ramon Valley Friends was formed by a group of dedicated, proactive parent volunteers with a common dream of bringing the community together through cultural events to benefit local causes.
Our Vision
We believe that by supporting local public schools, the community finds an immediate purpose to come together, share common goals, and celebrate our diversity. To that end, we have hosted the wildly popular Dandiya for Education fundraiser event for the last five years. Over $100,000 has been raised through ticket sales, benefitting schools within the San Ramon Valley Unified School District (SRVUSD) since 2010.
Our vision is to provide a platform to foster positive community spirit by bringing the entire San Ramon Valley together at fun, fundraising events.
SRV Friends is a 501(c)(3) registered non-profit organization, and all donations are tax deductible.
